These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Formly regarding your use of the Formly mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Formly. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for all activity under your account. Notify us at formlysupport@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or probe the App or server; (b) scrape, copy, or redistribute other users' data; (c) harass, threaten, or abuse other users through challenges, friend requests, or journals; (d) upload illegal, infringing, or sexually explicit content; (e) impersonate another person; (f) attempt to bypass subscription checks or usage limits.
Formly Pro is offered as monthly or yearly subscriptions billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew at the price shown at purchase until cancelled. Cancel at any time via your store account settings; cancellation stops the next renewal and Pro remains active through the current paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple / Google under their policies. We do not issue refunds directly.
You retain ownership of the habit names, journal entries, and photos you upload. You grant Formly a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content solely to operate the App (e.g. showing your check-in photo to other participants of a challenge you both joined). You are responsible for what you post; we may remove content that violates these Terms.
The AI Coach and AI Stats Analyst are informational tools powered by third-party language models. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. Do not rely on them for decisions that require a qualified professional.
Formly helps you track habits and self-chosen goals. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a licensed professional before starting any intense challenge (e.g. 75 Hard) if you have an underlying health issue.
You can delete your account at any time by emailing formlysupport@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the service, or put other users at risk. On termination, Pro entitlement for the current paid period remains valid through your App Store / Play Store receipt.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Formly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall Formly be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Formly is incorporated, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll note the change date at the top and, for material changes, show a notice in-app. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
